What Can We Do For YOU?

When looking for a REALTOR, do you ask what they will do for you in terms of selling your property or assisting you find a new home?
Do you feel that they are listening to you? Really listening? Do you feel as if they truly care about your wants and needs as they relate to selling your home, or in assisting you finding a new home?
If not, move on to the next one. After all, they will be assisting you in one of the most important decisions of your lifetime. Whether it be selling your home or finding a new home. It is imperative that you feel comfortable with this person and have complete trust that the person will be working in your best interest.
I, like many others, am a visual person. I want to not only read a detailed description of the property, but I also want to see what the home looks like. I don't look much further into the specifics of the property without these key items included. I simply move on to the next property. A property that has pictures, a tour and a detailed description.
I would imagine most buyers do the same. As a potential seller, I would have to wonder whether the current seller of an under marketed property realizes they are not being represented very well.

As a buyer you can expect that we will show you ALL properties within your stated criteria. Not just our own portfolio. We are members of the board of REALTORS for both Naples and Marco Island.
