Collier Regional Hospital on 951 (just south of Rattlesnake Hammock) Well under way and possible opening in early Spring. New Walmart Super Center just south of US41 on 951 already has the walls up so it won't be long before the roof is on! Any bets that they will be open before Christmas?
Big Cypress Market. 4 miles east of 951 on US41 (north side of road) scheduled to open in September of 2007. Market will have 87,000 sq ft under air, 250 booths, food vendors, entertainment, open Fri/Sat/Sun from 8am-4pm. They will also have an Expo center featuring local events like the Naples Flower & Garden Show, Car Shows and a little birdie told me they could host some events for the mega Naples Wine Charity event. With parking for 5,000 and an air conditioned facility of this size, this is great news for Naples! Exciting NEWS!
